Hear from Past Retreat-ers.

  • Mackenzie and Michelle are of pure heart. Their gentle guidance and leadership created an inviting and nurturing space thus providing an opportunity for guests to step out of their comfort zones, if so inclined. They honoured where everyone was at in their lives. They were respectful in creating a circle of openness and acceptance. I am grateful for the experience.

  • I'll remember this weekend for the rest of my life. It was so special, and exactly what I needed to reset my mind, body and soul.

  • This Now and Zen weekend was transformative. Being surrounded by so many strong beautiful women, all through their own personal struggles, it was a powerful reminder that everyone has pain, and everyone has stress, and everyone has potential to learn and grow, especially with the support of the collective group. I will remember how special this weekend was for the rest of my life.

  • A magical weekend with my beloved family, new friends, gentle yoga, sound bath meditation, nourishing food in a beautiful peaceful setting. Feeling refreshed and relaxed and very much in the Now & Zen.
