We will enjoy some guided movement that includes gentle stretching and somatic movements to joyful music.

Then we will have relaxing mindful time with some calming & healing sound.
03 / Animal Connection
Our furry friends from Mini Cow Canada will be out with us throughout the event but you’ll also have time to meet, pet, snuggle + get photos as well!
